I’ve been in the service industry for over 30 years. I’ve worked in Las Vegas Hotel Casinos for almost 20 years to include fine dining and casual dining. I’ve worked as a food server, a bartender and a cocktail server. Quality guest service and reliability to my employer is my main focus. Having a positive outlook and staying calm under pressure while maintaining impeccable service with a smile is key.
