9-Week Inpatient-Rehab• Evaluation and treatment of a variety or neurological and orthopedic conditions in an intensive inpatient rehab setting including stroke, Parkinson’s Disease, traumatic brain injury, and orthopedic surgeries.• Educate family members and conduct home visits regarding patient safety within the home prior to discharge.

9-Week outpatient orthopedics clinical rotation • Evaluation and treatment of pediatric, adult and geriatric patients presenting with a variety of orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses.• Physical therapy intervention with an emphasis on exercise prescription and manual therapy; trained in IASTM.

• Perform complete fitness assessments of clientele• Design exercise programs specific to clients’ needs and goals• Progress and regress exercise prescription based on clients’ activity tolerance • Provide exercise instruction while ensuring safety and monitoring vitals• Plan campus events to promote wellness within the community

10-week Inpatient/Outpatient/Home Health clinical rotation. • Inpatient: Rural 25-bed critical access hospital. Evaluation and treatment of patients with a variety of medical and post-surgical diagnoses to promote early mobility. • Home Health: Physical therapy evaluation and treatment with an emphasis on functional mobility and safety within the home. • Outpatient: Evaluation and treatment of patients presenting with a variety of orthopedic and neuromuscular diagnoses.

4-Week Outpatient Orthopedics• Evaluation and treatment of adult and geriatric patients presenting with a variety of orthopedic and neuromuscular diagnoses. • Patient-specific treatment with an emphasis on manual therapy and exercise prescription.
