•Consults/advises on a variety of initiatives such as talent development, compensation, performance management, employee relations, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, organizational change management and policy •Establishes intimate understanding of the business, builds and expands relationships with client leadership teams, and creates close partnerships across HR, and centers of excellence (COE’s), •Supports and partners with HR colleagues in operations, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, diversity and inclusion and organizational effectiveness to support organizational strategies. •Identifies trends, risks, and opportunities within the organization and develops solutions in partnership with division and matrix leadership, COE and regional/division HR business leadership. •Analyzes and concisely presents information to management team to enable business growth and sound decision making. •Plays a key change leadership role in the company’s transformation by reinforcing a culture of growth, innovation and calculated risk taking through the application of human capital strategy, tools and processes. • Maintains compliance with Federal and State regulations concerning employment.

-Ensures planning, monitoring and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach, counsel and discipline employees.-Assist supervisors with the resolution of employee grievances-Provides guidance to supervisors on all complex employee relation matters -Develop related training programs for supervisors.- Assist with maintaining of employee benefits programs -Assist with data gathering for various audits- Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and training on applicable human resource federal and state requirements; train/assist managers conducting investigations and maintaining records- Maintains management guidelines by developing, updating and recommending human resource policies and procedures-Provides input to the development/updating of job descriptions.-Coach and train managers on candidate selection

-Administers Human Resources policies and procedures.-Supports talent acquisition processes; help in all aspects of recruitment, including: identifying and interviewing candidates, conducting reference checks, and issuing employee contracts. -Oversees and conducts new hire onboarding and orientations.-Assists with annual benefits open enrollment process and supports on-going benefits administration.-Assists with the processing of payroll for 160+ employees.-Works with employees and managers to resolve employee concerns as needed.-Conducts workplace investigations, always maintaining strict confidentiality. -Provides support, guidance, and recommendations to management and employees regarding complex and sensitive issues. -Participates in developing organizational procedures and guidelines. -Manages all employee Leave of Absences (LOA), Family Medical Leave (FMLA), Short Term Disability (STD) and Long Term Disability (LTD). -Manages unemployment claims. - Enters employee information into HRIS system and updates data as needed.-Maintains compliance with Federal and State regulations concerning employment.
