Our annual goals included maximizing annual revenue, achieving a 30% profit margin, and maintaining 90% customer satisfaction, 95% employee satisfaction, and 80% employee retention rates. By leading our team to aggressively pursue its sales targets, we increased our profit margin to 36% (120% of goal), employee satisfaction score to 95%, and employee retention rate from 72% to 82% (102%+ of goal). Additional successes include enhancing our customer satisfaction rate from 75% to 90% by rapidly resolving escalated issues and ensuring exceptional service delivery, boosting new business revenue generation through clinical training programs that improved service delivery quality, and increasing operational efficiency through staff ration and clinical scheduling optimization.Last, but certainly not least, I always made time to mentor high-potential employees, enabling the promotions of five team members.
