Current- Develop financial models for multifamily and commercial properties, focusing on metrics like IRR, equity multiple, and cash flow to guide investment decisions- Create proforma models for various projects, assessing holding periods to maximize ROI- Research South Florida properties, analyzing market trends, unit sizes, and locations for accurate investment insights- Project rents and sales using tools like CoStar and Zillow for reliable market forecasting- Review zoning laws to ensure models align with development regulations- Evaluate profitability metrics and identify strategic development sites under the Live Local Act to meet zoning and market needs
