Nothing will work unless you do. I am an HR professional and MBA eager to develop better ways for working. 🌍 As we spend half of our waking hours collaborating with others over different work-related items, I hold good communication skills in great value. Having worked most of my career so far in international work communities, I have developed a good level of cultural awareness, which helps me to navigate with different people-related tasks. 👩🏼🎓 During 2022-2024, I obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration, majoring in Leadership & Human Resources. The studies took place alongside full-time work and although the journey wasn't easy, I learned a lot from the various courses and lectures, assignments, and discussions with my peers. Also the evolvement in my time-management and prioritization skills is worth mentioning here. I am constantly looking for ways to upscale my skills and curious for new developments in the People field.💼 Working in the field of tech has taught me to keep my eye peeled for new technologies and opportunities to scale our internal processes and procedures to better fit the organization and the personnel. My colleagues have expressed their gratitude for my clear communication style, positive solution-oriented attitude, and the fact that I am not afraid to roll up my sleeves when stuff needs to get done. 🌱 HR can be a tough sport sometimes. To balance work, I enjoy hiking, boxing, knitting, and prepping my French skills in Duolingo (where my streak is over 1400 days 🔥).
