In the Senior Learning Manager role, I was responsible for managing the creation, development, delivery, and performance of learning and development programs for the Americas based on strategic consultations with business and HR leaders. I was given the opportunity to manage a team of learning professionals for goal creation and performance, project management, delivery, and organizational ROI.Through coaching and behavioral assessments, I was able to provide directional leadership to teams for increased effectiveness and individual performance. I served as global liaison and owner of Global Sales and delivery programs that were delivered across the Americas, EMENA, and APAC regions. Responsible for the coordination of all training classes held in North America for Adecco, API, Modis, etc. 8,000 colleagues’ on-line training qualifications tracked. Communications sent in timely fashion. Training Calendars maintained. On-site administration of two fully functional training centers in New York and Florida. Coordinate travel and on-site arrangements for over 1,000 students and trainers per year. Maintain training departments’ records and statistical reports. Support trainers and facilitators. Responsible for follow up communications. Act as liaison for HR issues. Support all Talent Management events and programs.

Handled all administrative functions for all fundraising and events for the Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum and its charitable organization, the Fallen Heroes Fund. Planned, executed and assisted in the running of events throughout the New York City area including 1000-person galas honoring several Presidents, Governors, Mayors, various celebrities. Planned, executed and assisted in all Fleet Week Events each year, 9/11, Memorial Day and Veterans’ Day ceremonies. Worked with the Fisher House Foundation to execute their ground-breaking and grand openings around the country.

Created, maintained and built a community outreach program to get corporate, religious, community and school organizations involved in assisting disadvantaged child care centers throughout Broward, Dade and Palm Beach counties. Program began as a part time grant but was expanded to involve over 500 groups throughout the South Florida area providing toys, supplies, book drives, computer labs, building and playground renovations to financially-challenged child care centers and their little occupants. Worked with groups to provide meals for during and after-care.
