I drove pupils to and from school, field trips and special activities. I would help out in dispatch when asked. I had to inspect the bus twice a day to make sure that it was safe to drive. I had to make sure the bus went in for it’s requires 30 day safety inspection. I received a safe driver award 5 years in a row.

- I took phone calls from current customers and helped them with their insurance policy questions and/or problems. I worked a monthly report on military indemnity policies that canceled to see if they could be moved up. I would then call the policy holder and try to reissue the policy to them and save the business.- My supervisor would sit new people next to me so I could help train them. - I would help out in the training class in the last few weeks. The class would take live calls and two counselors would act as supervisors to help out. - I would fill in for the supervisors if they were all in meetings.- I was one of the top 10 service counselors of the year for 4 years in a row. I received numerous complimentary letters and phone calls. I put in and received recognition for numerous on “Ideas For Quality” suggestions.
