The Business Manager provides the business management skills necessary to support the Head in attaining the School's aims and objectives. The primary function of the Business Manager is the sound financial management of the school and to manage the non-academic activities of the school. The basic functions of business management areevaluating, planning, organising, staffing, resourcing, controlling, co-ordinating,directing and reviewing. Inherent in each of these are the high level skills of analysis andsynthesis. The Business Manager is responsible for supervising and controlling auxiliary departments, the maintenance and development of buildings and grounds, equipment, transportation and catering. The Business Manager is responsible to the governing body for the conduct of the financial affairs, business management and material state of the premises and to the head for day-to-day administration.

This position involved:• Creating and orchestrating processes across all business groups within the subsidiary• Managing Operational Reporting• Driving key decisions in subsidiary-level business & marketing planning and governance• Providing business insight that allows for cohesive, strategic and growth-oriented decisions• Focus on driving CPE culture and accountability in the business

The Audit Manager is responsible for organising and overseeing external audits in accordance with the annual audit plan, managing a team of auditors.The Audit Manager oversees the review process then makes any necessary recommendations to change policies, implement new systems or even change employee roles and team structures.The Audit Manager works directly with the Finance Director and company directors.
