I moved to San Diego June 1984 from Connecticut my home state. I attended Southern Connecticut State University in New Haven, Connecticut and studied graphic design anticipating a career in advertising. I have been in the real estate industry for my entire adult life, initially at Home Federal Savings & Loan in the Mortgage Collection Department. In 1986 my former husband and I created DeBerry Inspection Services, Inc - San Diego's largest independent home inspection company where I served as President of Business Development. In 1999 we sold the Company and I transitioned into a career in real estate sales with Prudential California Realty - first in Carlsbad and then in Del Mar. I am now currently working in Del Mar at Real Living Lifestyles Real Estate. I have represented hundreds of satisfied buyers and sellers from around the World and specialize in San Diego coastal properties. I have two wonderful children, my beautiful daughter Linzee and amazing son, Drake. I previously lived in Encinitas and Solana Beach, California and am currently residing Carlsbad. I'm known as the "Energizer Bunny" and enjoy spending time outdoors running & hiking, exercising, travel, cooking, music, good wine, and spending time with my family and friends. I appreciate love, laughter, kindness and beautiful sunrises & sunsets. One of my greatest satisfactions comes from my nearly 20-year involvement with Rady Children's Hospital San Diego where I've been an member of the Auxiliary Board of Directors and a Circle of Care member. My inspiration to make a difference in the World comes from my hero, Anne Frank - "how nobody needs to wait a single moment before improving the world."Specialties: I represent all types of home buyers, sellers, and investors from around the World in traditional residential sales, foreclosure sales, and short sales.
