Oversee 16 stores in Ohio, PA & KY.The District Marketing Manager drives sales and guest counts of the overall market and build Babies“R”Us brand awareness and loyalty throughout the market. DMM identifies goals and objectives for the district marketing strategy to ensure the strategy meets objectives and includes national and regional marketing initiatives.Engages Local/Store Marketing Specialists in the development of the districtmarketing strategy. Responsible for building and supporting the District Marketing Team by Hiring, Training and Developing Local/Store Marketing Specialists. Responsible for quarterly updates to the Regional Marketing Manager and MarketingDepartment on growth and development which includes an annual review of marketing efforts and reviewof the district budget.
