External communication strategic planning includes maximizing brand recognition through paid media placement, Government relations, community involvement projects and corporate giving, approving images, collateral and artwork supporting Business Development in advertising and trade shows, public relations, press releases, protecting company image, branding and culture within customer, investor and competitor audiences.

Major responsibilities included supporting executive staff of eight, including the company President, serving as company point of contact for Department of Defense contract administration, external legal team, Public Relations Firm and other consultants, communicating delegated tasks from executives to their respective staff members, screening calls and maintaining email, tracking commitments made by Executives and follow-up, administrative support: developing documents, editing, maintaining and communicating confidential information between executives and external stake holders, making urgent decisions in the best interest of the company when senior executives were unavailable, assisting in communication of strategic initiatives to management and external stake holders, manage special projects that support strategic initiatives as requested by Executives including staffing and training.
