Recruited to oversee campus internship program. Attend university sponsored career fairs, mock interviews and speaking engagements. Work with hiring managers to determine needs and job functions prior to recruitment. Analyze, compare and report metrics on conversion rates of interns. Maintain relations with university representatives and community organizations. Consult with clients to provide information on appropriate salary expectations, interviewing techniques, job search strategies and networking. Compose resumes, cover letters and bios for clients while demonstrating proficient proofreading, editing and communications skills to convey career goals. Constructed close to 1,000 resumes and cover letters for nationwide and global executives, successfully gaining several client recommendations and referrals.
