In the "Future Literacy Skills for Vocational Education" project, a new, practical learning modelis co-developed with young people studying for a profession, professionals working with them, and business representatives to support the development of their future literacy skills. The project is funded by The European Social Fund and I have the priviledge to lead the project at Tulevaisuuskoulu.

Head of Read Hour Programme. The Read Hour programme includes the annual reading campaign where we want to encourage everybody, and especially children and youth, to read for one hour on September 8th, International Literacy Day. In addition we conduct surveys and create materials for schools, early childhood education and libaries. My work includes corporate partnerships, stakeholder cooperation and developing the concept from an pedagogical and international perspective. We reached an all time high in 2023 with 60 000 children and youth participating from all over Finland.I also take part in developing other programmes and the Swedish operations of the foundation.

Regional Manager for the learning environment Yrityskylä Espoo. I was responsible for the cooperation with our partners and stakeholders (municipalities, companies and NGOs), fund-raising and communication.Yrityskylä is a learning concept aimed at students aged 12 and 15, covering society, working life and entrepreneurship. The Yrityskylä learning environment simulates the society with students playing as actors in the gamfied surrounding. In Yrityskylä Espoo over 10 000 students participate each year in the concept. Yrityskylä is an innovative way for corporations to implement social responsibility (CSR).
