• Manage, write and edit proposals and statements of qualifications, including large Standard Form 330 government submittals. This includes strategic planning and discussions to effectively target specific audiences.
• Train and mentor new marketing department staff and serve as an expert resource for best practices, processes and procedures within the marketing department.
• Provide senior-level quality assurance/quality control reviews of proposals, statements of qualifications and marketing materials for every business unit; adding value to the content, providing an outside perspective.
• Strategize, plan, organize and attend industry tradeshows. This also includes managing Vision marketing campaigns, tracking costs, leading strategy discussions and following up on conference debriefs for more than 40.
