I contributed to the placement of our brands into corporate promotions, incentive programs, and loyalty programs, partnering with corporate incentive companies and the travel industry. As the supervisor of America's wholesale customer service at Crocs, I used my communication and problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction and retention, while supporting the sales operations and representatives.
