Heidi is an organized and creative person who enjoys working with others to accomplish a task. She works to see tasks through to their completion while navigating any hurdles that may arise. Heidi has worked in the banking industry, progressing through the ranks to management. She has also worked in the education field, working with young children who need a little extra attention, providing them with direction and additional help with class work or classroom tasks.Heidi has also been a stay at home mom for her 3 children for much of their childhood. She has mastered the ability to work with multiple schedules where there are often conflicts. Working to formulate creative solutions to make sure all her children get to their events on-time so they don't miss their activities is where she really excels.Her background in managing her children’s demanding and extensive activities schedule has helped prepare her for managing her son’s hockey team in recent years. From organizing the schedule and communicating information to the team, organization of team travel and meals, working with the coaching staff to work through schedules and logistics, and communicating with other team officials has proven to be an area where she can shine.
