Current• Oversee the day-to-day operations of CCR Business Services, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement• Ensure robust financial health, including profitability, revenue growth, and cost management, while overseeing budgetary planning and process• Drive business cadence and strategic planning to develop goals, communicate plans, and hold businesses accountable• Leverage scorecards to ensure aligned understanding and coordinated efforts to drive results and communicate clear priorities, responsibilities, and expectations of teams across the businesses• Create strategies to increase engagement and team effectiveness to deliver strong results for clients and team members• Generate creative solutions and approaches to issues and organizational processes• Meet with businesses to understand their business needs or pain points and collaborate internally to develop solutions• Effectively communicate and engage with the Board of Directors, shareholders, and other key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment of goals and objectives.
