• Collaborated with senior administration and board of trustees to develop long-term diversity strategy, addressing concerns of students, faculty/staff, and community stakeholders. Facilitated school-wide implementation of diversity strategy, empowering multiple stakeholders to take ownership of diversity mission, vision, and goals. Created sustainable systems for refining and achieving diversity goals.• Improved retention rates of African American students from 73% to 100%. Improved retention rates of Latina/o students from 88% to 98%. • Designed qualitative and quantitative assessments of institutional effectiveness in implementing diversity strategy.
