- Provide consultation to profit centers, corporate executives and clients relating to insurance and risk management.- Collection and maintenance of business exposure data, preparation of insurance submission, premium allocation.- Consult with brokers and carriers regarding submissions, policy accuracy, customer change requests and client servicing needs.- Review insurance requirements - specialized endorsement’s, client language requirements, to ensure proper certificate of insurance issuance. - Perform policy premium/exposure audits and reconciliation/retro adjustments.- Facilitate placement and servicing of surety bonds, letters of credit and standby/funded trusts.- Review of incoming data / provide outgoing data requests for acquisitions and divestitures.- Oversee property loss control inspections, evaluate needs, and follow up on recommendations.- Provide assistance and direction on claim inquires to profit centers and corporate officers. - Proficiency in Risk Management Information Systems (RMIS).- Develop monthly claim reports specific to insurance renewals and internal business unit evaluation. - Invoice payments and reconciliation (SAP/COUPA).
