AREA DIRECTOR MIDWEST (FEBRUARY 2016 – PRESENT): Successfully supervise and manage operations of six USO business units representing 17 locations including four transition program locations and four Military Entrance Processing Station locations. Responsible for hiring, coaching and training human resources in my area. Manage $4.6 million operating budget. Supervise construction of new facilities, center renovations and have a $1.6 million construction project to be implemented. Develop, organize, manage and implement major event focusing on wellness, recreation and morale building activities for wounded, ill and injured military population as well as active duty and their families. Manage and collaborate with sponsorship sales and stewardship, as well as ensure legal compliance and safety measures are met. Actively work disaster relief efforts including Hurricane Harvey.

CENTER DIRECTOR USO NORTHWEST FLORIDA (DECEMBER 2006 – FEBRUARY 2016): Successfully transitioned the organization from an independent chartered center to a direct report to USO, Inc. location. Opened two new locations. Increased revenue generation and expanded USO programs and services. Expanded USO outreach to include all seven bases in general service area, increasing number of military members served by over 70%. Increased media exposure and community support. Created and implemented training program for volunteers. Supervised over 300 volunteers and four paid staff members. Created and implemented programs and fund-raising initiatives.
