- Comprehensive psychoeducational assessment and diagnosis of individual children from Senior Kindergarten through secondary school, including cognitive, academic and social-emotional measures.- Consultation with school teams, school administrators, teachers, guidance staff, School Services staff (e.g., social work, speech and language, occupational therapy) and outside agencies and professionals to help meet the needs of individual students.- Preparation of written assessment reports on students which include diagnoses, suggested teaching techniques, modifications and alternative strategies specific to the student's needs and, where applicable, to fulfil assessment reporting requirements of any ministry initiative or program.- Conduct interviews with parents to provide feedback on assessment results and recommendations, and to facilitate collaboration among home, school and other support services within and outside of the TDSB.- Short-term counselling.
