CurrentDuring my current role, I play an integral role in the efficient budget plan and management in close collaboration with the Director of Accounting and Asset Management. I build a culture of Fred Cares for team members and residents. I organize and facilitate monthly Director/Supervisor/Manager meetings, annual events, seminars, and educational components to foster communication and collaboration among team members. I coordinate with the CEO, COO, CFO, and HR Director on weekly strategic planning to align organizational goals and ensure seamless operations. I steer research and development plans through the pandemic for all Fiduciary Real Estate Development team members and residents in close collaboration with the CEO and HR Director. I administer overall migration, success, and operations of a 1000+ unit merger for a smooth transition. I ensure the successful negotiation of contracts for exclusive MLB partnerships.Here are some of my key contributions:• Drove marketing and systems/IT initiatives for FRED portfolio of 7000+ construction, including luxury properties.• Successfully liaise between properties, corporate, and CEO via effective communication, transparency, and interpersonal skills for contract management.• Developed and managed strong teams through effective hiring, training, and performance evaluation strategies, resulting in increased employee satisfaction and productivity.• Managed a portfolio of 1000+ units as a regional property manager while implementing effective strategies to maximize occupancy rates and ensure a high level of resident satisfaction.
