With over two decades in leadership roles, my journey has been marked by driving significant growth and pioneering winning GTM strategies. Took Google’s display ads business from zero to ~$5B. Built LinkedIn’s Global Marketing Solutions Sales channel from $5M ARR to $$2B ARR. Lead a 500+ ppl global team. Received 8 awards for leadership and business impact. At Nextdoor, I led the business to a successful IPO and expanded revenue by approximately 2.5 times, developing a modern advertising platform and go-to-market strategies with a profound customer-centric approach. From CRO to CMO + CRO I built a holistic GTM organization across revenue teams and marketing. Our efforts championed users, connected communities, customers and forged impactful partnerships, enhancing local engagement globally, increasing user growth, and driving revenue. Recipient of the 2024 “Tremendous Tech Marketer” award by AdMonsters and AdExchanger. As a board member at MMA Global and Ad Council, I applied my expertise in B2C + B2B marketing and platform experience to influence industry standards and drive impact for good.My focus is on assembling world-class teams and fostering integrated growth models, with value creating experiences for customers and users at the core. My mission is to inspire organizations to reach their potential by building exceptional teams, developing scalable growth strategies, focusing on purpose-led transformation, and operational excellence. I’ve vast experience in developing strategy, building teams, and leading execution with strong internal and external presence.
