We educate teachers from primary schools and high schools in using the Design to Improve Life Education Processes - where design methods are used cross disciplinary in the learning process. The Design to Improve Life Education consists of three core skills: didactics, process facilitation and design (to Improve Life) process. Still engaged with stakeholder/user involvement and strategic design. I'm starting a new team with this as a main focus in our Copenhagen Office. Currently I look into how we can improve the framework for schools, physical and organizational - as well as how we can improve health and social life through urban design. Leg og Læring (Play and Learning) is a EU funded project in municipalities of Kolding and Vejle with a range of partners. I have been involved in the projects iMo Learn – developing active furniture for 9-12 years. My first job in the project was to plan and run a workshop with 80 kids from schools in Kolding (Sjøllund-Hejls Skole). There was so much fund a energy January 5th 2012. I planned and ran Project Interspaces in collaboration with Alexander Muchenberger. The course was for 18 students (8th grade) at Nørre-Snede Public School. In 12 weeks the students developed experiences in five interspaces in Nørre Snede (city). By using methods from the design process the students created ideas, made concepts and prototypes where after they build the installations and held an opening for the new spaces. The youth project "interspaces" in Nørre Snede (in Danish: Projekt Mellemrum), was a part in a greater city development project called “Byfornyelse med hjertet”. Here I also played a roll in the process development and execution. My main responsibility was to make a strategy for involving the youth in Nørre Snede. Together with Sille Askefrø Bjørn, I designed the INDEX: Design to Improve Life Summer School, held in collaboration with Yonsei University, in Seoul July 2011. The program applied to students at university level and working from a cross disciplinary perspective there was no limitation regarding field, nationality etc. It was a great experience, and I learned a lot about the Korean Education System and their culture.

Heidi took her bachelor degree from the studio City development and landscape. Together with Tina Harrington she designed a concept for user-interaction when parts of the city is under construction. The work was very focussed on the interplay between users of the city, architecture and communication.
