As a HR Generalist, my tasks and responsibilities vary on a day to day basis. In this role, I provided support to the Human Resource Director and other members of the HR team. I also assisted in developing a leadership program, which was targeted towards manager level employees. In response to this program I conducted employee opinion surveys to improve the program for future employees. I assisted in created a reporting system, which illustrated several Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within the Human Resource Department. Another major projects consisted of creating and organizing the distribution of employee service and employee of the year awards.
