For over two decades, I've had the privilege of collaborating with community health and human service organizations to enhance their impact through advanced analytics, program implementation and management, and applied quality improvement strategies. At CCNY, Inc., our team has become a trusted partner in performance measurement and quality improvement for health and human services. Our approach at CCNY centers on bridging data-driven insights with compassionate service delivery. We focus on co-creating innovative solutions that enable organizations to better serve their communities. By fostering sustainable growth and operational effectiveness in the nonprofit sector, we've been fortunate to witness the transformative impact of strategic management and analytics.Throughout this journey, I've been honored to contribute to significant initiatives like the Erie County, NY Children's System of Care, Live Well Erie and Help Me Grow WNY. Our work spans strategic nonprofit management, performance measurement, quality improvement, grant management, and program development. It's been rewarding to share insights from our collective efforts through industry presentations and publications, including the American Evaluation Association and the American Journal of Community Psychology. The drive to improve human services is deeply personal for me, inspired in part by my father, Dr. Robert A. Milch, MD, whose ground-breaking work in palliative care in Western NY demonstrated the profound impact of compassionate, quality-driven healthcare. This familial connection fuels my commitment to creating meaningful change in our communities. My educational background includes a Master of Social Work from SUNY Buffalo and a BA from American University. Ongoing learning, including certifications in Organizational Complexity, Team Building, and Six Sigma, has been crucial in our quest to innovate and solve complex challenges in the health and human services sector.I'm always eager to connect with fellow professionals who share a passion for leveraging data and innovation to uplift our communities.
