Thanks for checking out my profile! Being in talent in Silicon Valley and now Seattle has kept me humble, curious, and eager to help others. I feel tremendously grateful for everything I've learned and all the fantastic people with whom I have had the privilege of working. After a year in executive search and in software sales, I found talent acquisition! I hired internally for sales teams at Zenefits, then GTM at Uber, and all US based roles at Airwallex! I've hired internationally and believe in a distributed workforce with structured, competency and value-based interviewing. After a brief stint at Twilio, I am back recruiting for all functions - technical and non-technical - at Airwallex and could not be more excited to see our dream of global financial infrastructure through to fruition!
