In my role as HR Coordinator I manage the whole employee lifecycle at Giosg for all of our employees. We have employees in Finland, Sweden, UK, and have since March 2023 also offices in Spain and the US after a company aquisition. The work consists of day-to-day business; recruiting, new-employee onboarding, compensation and benefits related matters, overseeing company policies and workplace safety, company communication, HR reporting and employee offboarding. I support management in different employee related matters. My most important role is still to support our employees and help them with their concerns and questions.

The purpose is to provide intuitive solutions that deliver the right online trigger, to the right person at the right time, allowing organisations to operate smarter and create a faster, more streamlined process with more sales, happier customers and a significant boost to the return on marketing investment.In my position as HR Assistant I help out in day-to-day business operations at the company; HR practicalities, processes and policies, coaching employees, coordination of administrative functions and overall wellbeing at work. I participate in the whole talent acquisition process in Finland, Sweden and the UK: creating job ads, scanning or sourcing potential candidates, interviewing and hiring new talents to our teams in sales, R&D and marketing. In addition to this my work consists of employer branding. I am updating career pages, arranging events for employees, student collaborations and different meet ups to bring awareness of the company.

Timeline Oy is a company that acts as a strategic partner for mainly pharmaceutical and health technology companies, offering sales and communication services with professionalism. The company aims to provide customers with skilled employees in customer service and sales and new software technologies.In my position as customer negotiator my tasks have included for instance organizing customer meetings for sales representatives in the pharmaceutical industry and for a logistics company. I have helped out in supportive tasks for other sales secretaries. Besides this I performed daily customer satisfaction surveys by phone.
