As the VP of Talent Management at Tomorrow Health, I oversee the end-to-end talent lifecycle, from sourcing and hiring to development and retention, for a fast-growing home health care company. I leverage data analysis, and research skills to create and implement talent strategies that align with the company's mission, vision, and values. I also partner with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to foster a culture of collaboration, diversity, and excellence. Previously, I was the VP and Head of People & Culture at Splice, where I built and scaled the people function for a leading music technology platform.
