I oversaw all the different committees, financials/budgets, collections, contractors, contracts, documentation, CC&R, bylaws, social events, organizing drives, and attending city council and state conferences to stay up to date with city/state laws that may affect the running of our community. Worked with the local school district in the building of a new elementary school in our community. As a non-profit, having to comply with those regulations and maintaining that exemption.
