I am responsible for developing the customer experience and the client relationship of the members of Suomen Ekonomit. My work is to develop and create services for our members from which they receive significant value in their working life, these services include both digital and personal services. In my work I use service design and facilitate workshops relating to our service development. I am responsible for creating a new concept for member participation and a new way of working in our service development.My responsibilities include also the development of the services for local associations, I support associations in developing customer experience, help them to implement the Ekonomit brand, co-ordinate the professional development of the board members of the associations and organize events relating to the associations.

I worked as a Senior Specialist at Natural Resources Institute Finland (Luonnonvarakeskus, Luke). I supported the unit management in planning, expert and management communication functions. My work included also gathering, organizing and compilation of information, preparing written expertise materials for unit management and stakeholder work and participating in working group activities. My responsibilities also included stakeholder work and organizing and preparing the unit management's negotiations, program and travel.

I worked as a Planning Officer for Admission Services of Aalto University. I was responsible for the admission process for the Bachelor and Master level admissions for both international and domestic applicants for the field of art and design. I was responsible for planning, developing, co-ordinating and executing the admissions. My work included also e.g. preparing the admission criteria for the field of art and design, determining the eligibility of the applicants (international and domestic), verifying the status and accreditation of universities, level of degrees and authenticity of the documents, advising the applicants (international and domestic) and advising and training the academic and administrative personnel in the departments. My work included varied communications tasks both internally and externally and I worked in close co-operation with different interest groups and took part in different working groups. I also acted as a system administrator for the university's online application system and was responsible for building the online application form in the application system and updated both webpages and wiki. My responsibilities also included training and instructing the supporting personnel and I took part in their recruiting process.

I worked in the central administration of Aalto University as a Planning Officer. I was responsible for developing procedures for internal student mobility within the university after the university was merged from three existing universities into Aalto University. I was responsible for planning, developing, co-coordinating and organizing the internal student mobility of the university. I was also responsible for the budget and budgeting for the process. My work included a lot of both internal and external communications, marketing and versatile training and presenting events to both students and personnel. In addition to the Aalto University internal mobility my responsibilities also included the national student mobility between Finnish Universities (Flexible Study Right) at the university level. I was in charge of the application system and represented Aalto University on the national level.In addition to these main responsibilities I also had other planning and preparation duties linked to study administation.

I was responsible for the Master's admissions process of Helsinki School of Economics (later Aalto University School of Business) and the domestic student mobility between Finnish universities (Flexible Study Right). I was responsible for the entire student recruitment process including the student marketing, the actual admission process and developing these both processes.

I worked at the Department of Marketing and Management as an Administrative Officer. I was in charge of study related administrative processes, my responsibilities included e.g. curriculum work, student admissions and other study related administrative issues. I also advised both international and domestic students on daily basis. In addition to these responsibilities I also worked with the department's HR issues (e.g. preparing employment contracts, salary payments) and financial administration.

My work primarily consisted of advising students in questions regarding graduation and degree reform, checking and approving students' personal study plans and making degree certificates for the graduating students.

My job included planning, executing and the follow-up of the social political activities of the student union, varied stakeholder and interest group work with very different people and organizations, responsibility of the budget and budgeting for social political sector as well as giving advice on social political issues. My work also included much both internal and external communication and e.g. webpage updating.
