My jewellery journey started more than three decades ago in the family store. I fell in love with the industry, as it was a way to express my creative side as an artist. This discovery continued as I studied, trained and worked across every aspect of the industry from retail to wholesale to design in Australia and overseas.I am passionate about the connection between jewellery and people. Creating and continuing the emotional links with the pieces of jewellery is an everlasting bond that can continue for generations.After many years of involvement with various individuals and companies globally, I have adapted my expertise to encompass coaching and mentoring others in the jewellery retail space to grow and optimise their own businesses. Recruitment has been a natural parallel with my jewellery career as many of these businesses have difficulty understanding what position needs to be filled and finding those right people to join their businesses.Having succeeded in various sales & management roles I enjoy using my experience and knowledge helping businesses grow with the right people surrounding them for their future. From my experiences, it pleases me to support and encourage individuals to find the career and job that is right for them no matter what stage of their life they are currently in. Creating special bonds through various journeys with recruiting and jewellery has enriched my career and personal life. I enjoy volunteering as a community coach each year as part of the Max Potential program with year 11 students towards their future and authentic success.No matter the hat I am wearing in either of my businesses, I approach everything as a new challenge and a new journey and absorb all the connections and experiences along the way.
