Completed development of the Mecklenburg Livable Communities Plan, a joint initiative between 6 local governments and more than 100 community businesses and organizations. Championed Mecklenburg County’s Environmental Sustainability Plan (through participation of 20 County departments). Editor for the Mecklenburg County State of the Environment Report, published biennially.

Environmental Manager/ Airport Planning and Environmental Officer for the Cleveland Hopkins International Airport and Burke Lakefront Airport, through the Department of Port Control for the City of Cleveland. Responsible for administering over $38,000,000 of operational and construction expansion related environmental projects and programs as required through Ohio Environmental Protection Agency related permits, Consent Orders and regulations. Originator of the airport system environmental operations program and initiator of an environmental stewardship program inclusive of an environmental management system.

Established suite of natural resource programs in concert with Tribal Council and Committees via grant programs with US Environmental Protection Agency, Bureau of Indian Affairs, and Department of Agriculture.
