My diversified clientele has included expatriates, recent college graduates, non-traditional and international students, distance learners and adults with a broad range of social, psychological and emotional needs in consulting, private practice and educational settings.I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a strong clinical background. While I do not provide psychological treatment services to career transition clients, my clinical perspective and judgment inform my work and enhance my insight into client issues and needs.In addition, I have been recognized as a strong and effective writer. Several of my articles have been published in industry publications. I was also instrumental in the development and delivery of an NBCC-approved curriculum leading to a credential in Distance Counseling. As a consultant, I have become adept at delivering career transition services using an array of modalities designed to meet the individual needs of each individual client while also meeting corporate objectives. I am a former trainer on effective and ethical uses of distance technology in the counseling process, and have worked remotely, using telephone and video, for many years. This allows me to accommodate client communication preferences and styles while providing excellent service. I have helped individuals at a range of organizational levels and in numerous industries make successful career transitions.
