Hats and Heart. Two simple words that seem too simple.Those two words provide the best summary of who I am professionally. I wear a LOT of hats and I do everything with a LOT of heart! For the better part of 20 years, I have donned new hats, learning every aspect of running a giant independent home furnishings company. From unloading trucks to interacting with customers and everything in between, it takes a variety of different skills to work fluidly across all segments of the company. I am a passionate and driven person who loves to dig-in to things, evaluate problems, set goals and achieve them. I love strategizing with my teammates and sharing successes with them. I love cheerleading us into new plans when we miss the mark. My roots in marketing serve me well in almost all areas and are the foundation on which I developed many other skills! Operations, merchandising, project management, delivery and logistics, distribution center management, event planning and so much more!
