Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities (LEND)- Developed interdisciplinary skills through LEND public health framework such as: effective communication, critical thinking, ethics and professionalism, constituency building, leadership, policy and advocacy, research - Development through: building relationships across 16 disciplines and community members in cohort, didactic sessions, clinic shadowing, research project, disability policy and services course- Advocated human rights for those with disabilities at both local and national government- Participated in ‘Families as Teachers’ to learn directly with a family with a daughter with a disability- Practiced Person-Centered-Thinking training through discussion of daughter’s goals
