Recruited as one of three project managers to manage $180M bond for Thompson School District. Led massive renovation of 11 schools (during Covid), built one from ground up, and combined elementary and middle school into PK-8 school. Promoted halfway through project to take over for previous project manager. • Manage 40 full lifecycle projects with budgets ranging from $100K to $45M (total budget: $90M) including assisting stakeholders in defining scope of work, expectations and risks and developing multiple alternatives. Serve as main point of contact to over 60 different cross-functional teams and organizations.• Identify, monitor, report and escalate issues through to resolution. Manage projects through triple constraints of timelines, budget, and scope.• Collaborated with 30 cross-functional teams (11 organizations, 19 departments) all coming from different perspectives. Maintain excellent communication with stakeholders to ensure early identification of issues in timely manner. Develop and deliver weekly and annual progress reports.• Manage design including technology and security systems, oversee construction, procure $5M in furniture, coordinate and schedule resources and owner training, and complete individual project close-outs.Result Highlights: Transformed, created, and modernized 11 buildings into secure, environmentally safe, regulatory compliant state-of-the-art facilities that students, staff, and parents can enjoy for decades. Improved learning outcomes for over 2,000 students. Completed Riverview PK8 school on time and $1.7M under budget.

Owned full project lifecycle for 120 projects (improving lives of 30,000 students, staff, and stakeholders each year). Designed and built 3 state-of the art campus residence halls and nationally awarded Center for Community (C4C). Managed budgets ranging from $75K to $90M with total budget $200M+.• Managed projects through all stages including initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, escalating, controlling, and closeout processes according to established quality, budget, and schedule. • Competently identified, monitored, reported, and escalated project issues. Developed new department procedures for design review and tracking expenses against budgets which improved process, efficiency, client relationships and ultimately the finished product.Result Highlights:Created outstanding new residence hall that provides clean, safe, comfortable home for students, on-time and $8.1M under budget. Integrated energy saving features that reduced annual utility costs $250K+. Increased University profits from additional 750 beds and meal plans. Revolutionized the way meal plans are sold, with C4C becoming central hub to campus and also awarded nationally.
