Tasks New Company & Contact Center brand building (incl. position, identity, digital ecosystem) & B2B sales support - Marketing of 0100100 directory assistance & apps in order to increase usage - Productization, marketing & sales support for 0100100 digital marketing solutions. Internal marketing & communication.Achievements: Launch of the Sentraali brand, consolidating its position as a trusted customer service partner, increasing market share in the Contact Center market; Launches of 0100100 search & navigation applications, number of users 1M<, Expansion of the 0100100 search brand to digital marketing services and a clear increase in sales.

I was responsible of planning and execution Eniro product marketing strategies - branding, launching, planning, budgeting, media marketing, other marketing activities, sales support, follow-up and analysis. Both B2B (media customers) and B2C (users) marketing for Internet & Mobile Search Services (eniro.fi, 16123, 0100100) and Directory Assistance (0100100, 118). Achievements: Eniro became the best-known, most valued and most used local search brand in Finland. Increased Eniro's Directory Assistance market share in a declining market, with fewer resources than competitors.
