As a professional Dancer I am very interested in helping lengthen the dancer career. Following my dance education I decided to focus on human performance and health going into an undergraduate degree. I completed a bachelor degree in Health and Physical Education majoring in Physical Literacy at Mount Royal University. Whith my degree I was able to aquire a designation of Professional Kinesiologist (PKin) with the Alberta Kinesiology Association. It is my goal to use my knowledge and background towards the strenghtining of dancers and other athletes to keep them in their career as long as possible.
