I was hired as marketing contractor during my one year stay in New Zealand as part of my work and travel visa. Among other things, I was responsible for the web content management (using Umbraco), the project management of different small product campaigns, a 5-year-warranty campaign, as well as digital projects and website implementations. I also supported the digital team as customer experience assistant on various occasions including lead management (using Microsoft Dynamics) as well as data process management and process automation.

Versicherungsforen Leipzig is a networking and educational-service provider for the insurance industry in Germany and Austria. I was the end-to-end project lead for five midsized B2B conferences varying between 30 to 150 participants targeting executive and management level. My sales responsibilties were to genrate revenue through exhibitors and attendees as well as budgeting and controlling.

At Vogel Business Media I organized and coordinated 12 small to mid-sized events for a media brand called »kfz-betrieb«. We were mainly targeting specialists in claims management and car body construction.

At SAP I was responsible for project coordination and content management of various SAP platforms as well as the implementation of Live-Blogs in the SAP News Center. Furthermore, I supported the team in the compilation and analysis of key performance indicators, their social media monitoring and the organization of an industry event called SAP Forum for HRM 2015.

As part of my Australian work and travel experience, I supported the SAP marketing team in organizing the New Zealand SAP User Group Summit 2014. Other responsibilities included the management of various service providers, location scouting and the coordination of marketing materials. Due to my role as maternity leave replacement, I was also responsible for the brand managment as well as marketing and event controlling.

At the SAP headquarter, I supported the marketing team in the realization of operational and strategic marketing activities, the coordination of weekly marketing reports to the CMO and CEO as well as the development of a CMO2CMO social media communication concept. My day to day tasks included trend analysis for company-relevant business units, the compilation and analysis of key performance indicators and the management of internal events.
