• Develop outcome-based Monitoring & Evaluation Framework to measure innovative operational transformations of Children's Social Services. Define key performance indicators and develop participatory monitoring processes.• Advance use of high-quality data for decision-making among staff for continuous service improvement. Promote data-driven culture among staff at all levels and embed data utilisation in business as usual to drive evidence-based change.• Improve the demand management model for Children’s Social Services in line with the Performance Management and Finance Framework.

Leadership role for data management and knowledge dissemination on sexual and reproductive health in emergencies team:• Lead adaptation and implementation of M&E tools, processes and indicators with senior staff.• Support and oversee country teams on routine data collection, compilation, interpretation and use of data to orient programming and knowledge dissemination.• Co-lead the transition of a multi-country project’s data system from Excel to an electronic database based on DHIS2 software.• Lead implementation and analysis of household surveys in multiple countries for program improvement purposes. • Contribute to the organization’s goals of measuring impact more effectively by advancing the adoption and standardization of new data management tools, including mobile data collection platforms, throughout CARE.• Provide technical expertise on program design and implementation activities, including the development of an FP/immunization integration approach.• Produce knowledge products for the internal/external dissemination of project results and lessons learned.• Provide coaching and oversight to data management officer and project interns.

Responsible for technical and administrative support as well as the promotion of learning and knowledge sharing related to sexual and reproductive health in emergencies: • Support M&E activities and train CARE staff in basic M&E skills to improve performance tracking of sexual and reproductive health activities in crisis-affected settings.• Conduct routine data management and analysis to support use of data for decision making with team.• Promote learning through workshops, trainings, knowledge products and presentations within CARE and with external partners.• Document project impact on family planning and post-abortion care through contributions to academic journal articles and documentations such as manuals, briefs and program reviews.• Support successful implementation of country work plans in the areas of M&E, supportive supervision, community mobilization, social and behavior change and supply chain management.

• Conducted internal quality assessment on satisfaction among family planning and abortion patients in Uruguay. • Performed quality assessment of midwifery services in Uruguay’s largest women’s hospital.• Received extensive training on best practices for unsafe abortion harm reduction models and their implementation in Latin America.

• Conducted literature review and qualitative data analysis using MAXQDA software • Co-authored journal article for qualitative research project on adolescent sexual health and HIV in Guatemala

• Provide high-level administrative support to achieve departmental goals • Assist with documentation required by grant funders and other programs such as quality assurance designations.• Manage health record audit requests from health plans to improve compliance with quality measures. • Oversee translation and interpreting services: o Write new policies and procedures for translation services o Supervise team of seven interpreters o Implement over-the-phone interpreting in 175 languages o Coordinate external interpreting agencies o Provide ongoing staff training • Approve all documents published in Spanish as member of Translation Committee
