Current• Leads research in data security and privacy, including research on customer-facing breach notification and response, breach costs, cyberinsurance, SMB and consumer security.• Advises enterprise security and risk professionals on cybersecurity and privacy strategy, technology controls, policy, and skills development. Examples of engagements include developing internal training content for security staff; facilitating Zero Trust and data control workshops; reviewing policies (e.g., privacy, data classification, acceptable use, etc); and guiding strategy for data privacy and compliance considerations in new product/service development.• Refines market and product strategy, and marketing messages for security technology vendors. Examples of engagements include market assessments, competitive analysis, buyer behavior analysis, acquisition and partnership assessments, messaging and marketing collateral reviews.• Contributes as a subject matter expert to Forrester's Business Technographics and Consumer Technographics data products during survey development. • Delivers breakout sessions and keynote speeches at various industry, vendor, and Forrester events.
