CurrentHired by ISTours Inc. to help build a new division within the existing company: ‘IST Campus Tours.’ Helped define division purpose and goals. Drafting mission statements specific to the business division, communicate direction division should take. Apply for the appropriate business licenses in the state, city and county where doing business working directly with companies lawyer. Create a business plan. Describe the new division and what it will specifically do locally & long term nationally. Identify the types of products and services the division will offer in different regions. Give input on marketing materials, working with marketing division. In 2011 first 3 products were sold with no real business plan in place, just an idea! 2012: 24 products/services sold throughout the nation. Estimate projection for 2013: continue to triple sales year after year.
