A training series of 6 courses created to take a look a different states of mind that we all experience in everyday life. Putting focus on our own mental health and awareness. Created to challenge Millenial´s on subjects that matter to us and create a safe space to talk about them. Different states of mind and the situations they create stack up on us, layer by layer. Creating confusion and chaos. Maybe even depression. This is meant to be a step by step process motivating reflection, reprograming our mind and teaching self regulation. To create more rapid and efficient change this program focuses on 6 different states of mind and how to change them. Or just elevate your sense of self in a productive way.

Developing empowering trainings for refugees. Project was called: Finding your voice. It can be scary to move to another country, new language and new challenges. The one thing you have that nobody else has is YOUR voice, story and vision. Finding it and having the courage to use it opens so many doors. Building self-confidence. Feeling good about yourself and knowing how to reach an audience.
