I løpet av perioden har styret revitalisert organisasjonen med strategiprosess, ny visuell profil, nettside og tettere samarbeid med næringslivet for enda bedre muligheter for å øke styrekompetanse og være det foretrukne nettverk for alle som er interessert i styrearbeid.

StyreAkademiet Vestland er en avdeling i StyreAkademiet Landsforeningen. StyreAkademiet skal fremme godt styrearbeid, og tar mål av seg til å være framtidens, faglige styrearena. Målgruppen er eiere, styreledere/styremedlemmer og daglig leder/administrasjon. Styreakademiet tilbyr medlemskap med foredrag, nettverksbygging, nasjonale, online styrefora for de nevnte målgrupper, samt for grundere, styrekandidater og tilbydere av produkter og tjenester innen styrearenaen.

Sosialt sett er en faglig prat om teknologi, kommunikasjon og livet i mellom. Perspektivet er av det sosiale slaget, enten det gjelder i temaer som analogt vs. digitalt, teknologi vs. mennesket, profesjonelt vs. privat, politikk, humor eller noe helt annet. Podkast passer alle som er interessert i kommunikasjon, både privat og profesjonelt.

Digital director at MK Norway, leading the team MK Social. Key responsibilities: Help clients see the value of digital marketing, define their needs and digital vision. Define goals and recommended approach for digital projects with clients. Serve as a digital strategy advisor to both account leads (internal) and clients (external). Drive discussions on the role of digital within the total marketing ecosystem. Codify and publish formal frameworks and methodologies for approaching digital assignments. Serve as a resource for creative teams in the development of insight driven digital strategies from opportunity identification through to experience definition. As appropriate, play an active role in new client acquisition and new business presentations. Lead digital initiatives within the agency.

2005-2010: Family consultant/advisor within Child and family services. Providing services to families to empower the central role of the family as the constant in a child's life. I provided direct services, including counseling and support to families. 2002-2005: Consultant/advisor within the Child and family services, Child protective services: I identified children and families who needed help, assessed their needs, situations, strengths, and support networks to determine their goals. I developed plans to improve clients’ well-being, helped them adjust to changes and challenges in their lives. Followed up with clients to ensure that their situations have improved. Evaluated services provided to ensure that they were effective.

I was a part of a team who was responsible for providing care to meet the physical and psychological needs of patiens through providing direct and indirect services and care at Sandviken sykehus. The most important skill I developed during this working experience, is patience, endurance and a broad spectrum of communication skills.
