As Capital Asset Supervisor, ensured compliance with all real estate and fixed asset reporting requirements. Facilitated the approval process for all capital expenditures in accordance with company policy. This also included performing, or assisting in the completion of, return on investment (ROI) analyses as justification for planned expenditures. Additionally, responsible for facilitating the annual capital budget development and for producing month end reporting for actual spending in comparison to budget throughout the year and communication with leadership. This position required application of a solid understanding of accounting principles and concepts, as well as significant attention to detail and accuracy.

Anyi Management is a locally owned and operated property management company. As Controller managed the financial aspects of the commercial real estate portfolio, which included industrial, retail and office buildings throughout Michigan and Indiana. Provided supervision of accounting staff including accounts receivable, accounts payable, billing and leasing administration. Daily extensive use of Yardi accounting system including report writing, troubleshooting, and integration of new properties. Oversight on the completion of annual budgets, monthly financial statement preparation and daily cash flow management for over fifty entities. Office management responsibilities including vendor selection, supervision of staff and IT support. Human resource duties including hiring, termination, payroll, benefits administration and annual performance reviews.
