CurrentHeidi Tandy focuses her practice on the procurement and enforcement of intellectual property rights, offering representation in a number of areas including trademarks, copyright infringement, licenses regarding user submissions and brand management, and social media and FTC compliance policies. She works with clients of all sizes and industries, including large corporations, small businesses, retail stores, non-profit organizations, content creators, musicians and novelists. Tandy regularly creates GDPR-compliant Terms of Service and Privacy policies for nonprofits and other business entities, and was also the first to create a “Terms of Use” policy for The New York Times in 1995.
