As a co-owner of Andruse organic and tourism farm, I am responsible for a wide range of tasks, from sales to gardening. I love the opportunity to create and fulfill plans that bring our guests a unique and memorable experience. In the past, I have hosted all the guests and prepared the rooms and houses for them. I have also organized various workshops such as felting and soap making.Over the past 6 years, I have organized over 30 weddings, and each year we have expanded our wedding planning services. We are one of the few locations in Saaremaa offering full-service accommodation, catering, decorating and a wedding venue for up to 130 guests. Our specialty is dreamy barn weddings, which have made us one of the most popular wedding venues in Saaremaa and one of the few in Estonia offering barn weddings.In addition to weddings, we also organize company retreats and summer camps for kids to learn about nature, animals, and a healthy lifestyle. Our summer camps are technology-free, except for movie-making projects, allowing children to spend time outdoors, playing and exploring. I am responsible for marketing and all the creative aspects that go with it, including our website, Instagram, Facebook, and events. I also hire, train and manage our summer employees, typically a team of 4-6 people.One of our unique clients is the best judo club in Estonia, who hosts their annual summer camp of 60+ kids and trainers for 10 days on our farm. During this time, we transform our wedding venue into a huge sports hall. At Andruse organic and tourism farm, we take pride in our three main areas of activity: hospitality, event management, and animals. We offer tranquil vacations in beautiful countryside with modern rooms and facilities, and we have about 600 sheep, 150 cattle, goats, chicken, an ostrich, cats, and 6 dogs. As long as I can remember I have always enjoyed organizing events. Starting with school plays and class parties in basic school to bigger events, such as beauty pageants and talent shows during high school. During university I helped organize TEDx Groningen, Maak Festival, The Night of Arts & Sciences, Melt Foorum, Jonge Harten Theatherfestival. Today I mostly focus on organizing different events for and at Andruse mahe- ja turismitalu, such as, parties, weddings, business events, open farm day and different workshops.
