I manage the CSTB funded "To Thine Own Self Be True" Community Hub Theatre Project under the Arts Development Matching Grand Scheme of the Culture, Sports and Tourism Bureau, HKSAR. With a core project motto to reach out to public through the programmes, we work with participants aged 3 months to elderly, with a total annual turnout of more than 5000. I also manage the the LCSD Taking Centre Stage : School Performing Arts In Practice Scheme - Shakespeare- In Action Drama Programme, a year long school programme with a Finale production that involves more than 160 student performer in a LCSD venue. In this role, I administer and execute the Jockey Club Destiny In Ourselves Youth Drama Programme, assist in the promotion for new programme in take, scheduling Rehearsals & School Tours, stakeholder coordination & communication, Costumes & Props sourcing and ordering and organising performance festival.
